Leadership:
Kevin Esposito, Founder of NextWave, has led business line teams in service delivery, company operations, business development, contract management, training & development, financials, and aspects of corporate integration. His Primary responsibilities with NextWave include overseeing all service delivery, tactical and strategic business development, and performing as a Principal Consultant. Kevin has over 11 years of experience in Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) working directly with federal government agencies nationwide including U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, and NASA. He has led management consulting services, including as a Vice President creating significant growth trajectory by doubling revenue in three years, and led contract wins requiring strategic capture, spanning company-wide staff along with teaming of industry-leading firms. He firmly believes that "past performance is king," and that it is established by building distinct trust with clients and partners.
Kevin has delivered on a myriad of key large-scale and complex federal projects that cross the desk of those as high up as the federal-appointed Secretary level. His demonstrated workforce planning and staffing expertise covered worldwide contracts as well as a team of 60+ for a Los Angeles, CA, healthcare system contract.
His successful project delivery includes managing multiple corporate-level ISO and CMMI certified quality management systems, federal healthcare campus Master Planning processes and contract, federal custom software development application for paper-based request process, transformation of fully electronic processing centers, executive leader transitions, PMO solutions, team and organization-level collaboration sites, plus more.
